The Timber Wolf Philosophy

Collaboration is the key in our business. We work closely with our clients to keep our promise of delivering their dream home. We don’t want to be part of the solution for your homes needs, we aim to be the sole solution. This is accomplished by seeing all of our projects through to completion.

Our commitment to our craftmanship leaves no room for error. It’s our mission to preserve the integrity of our work while positively influencing our customers’ “remodeling experience.” We take a hard stance on doing things the right way to prevent errors rather than detecting them throughout the entire design/build process.

My Role

I was brought in to manage all marketing initiatives at Timberwolf Design Build. However, this was short lived due to a conflict of interest on my side.

Role Overview

Originally I had three phases that I wanted to implement at Timberwolf.

Phase 1
Develop new website and establish benchmark for analytics tracking. While creating year long strategy.
Phase 2
Establish a loss leading product to go to market with aggressive marketing strategy.
Phase 3
Scale marketing initiatives based off success and implement tools to transition into multi-locational setup.

Role Outcomes

I was able to create a new website and establish an secondary brand to loss lead with. The strategy was completed but not signed off before I left.

Secondary Brand

Leaky basements proved to be the offer that we wanted to go with after some research. Timberwolf Design Build owned the domain Underpin Pros so that was the brand we were establishing. Below is the final mark.
